WII U · AROMA-ONLY WEB LOADER

FoxPloitU Updater

Launch the FoxPloitU Updater directly from the Wii U Browser.

Web execution

The launcher starts a temporary browser payload and downloads the FoxPloitU Updater RPX from this host. FoxPloitU Updater then opens its on-console updater for official Aroma packages.

No Tiramisu migration. No internal NAND writes.

01

Start

Use the Wii U Browser to open this page. The web stage is temporary and loads the dedicated FoxPloitU Updater payload.

02

Choose

FoxPloitU Updater shows the available official Aroma packages on the GamePad and requires confirmation before installing.

03

Verify

Downloaded files are extracted to temporary SD-card paths and checked against the package manifest before finalization.

Do not rename the SD card to wiiu. The wiiu folder belongs at the card root.

Not in this tree: FoxPloitU-payload.elf is the Web Launcher payload. It is downloaded temporarily by the browser stage and must not be copied to sd:/.

WHICH FILE DO I NEED?

File formats explained

For a normal Aroma installation, use the WUHB file. The ELF and RPX files belong only to the optional Web Launcher and are loaded temporarily from the internet.

FoxPloitU-payload.elf

Web-only · do not copy to SD

The browser exploit downloads this FoxPloitU stage from GitHub Pages and loads it temporarily in memory.

FoxPloitU-Updater.rpx

Web-loaded app binary

The FoxPloitU web payload fetches this application binary. It is not part of the normal WUHB SD-card tree.

payload.rpx / payload.elf

Official Aroma files · SD card

These are supplied by the official Aroma setup. They are not FoxPloitU files and must not be confused with FoxPloitU-payload.elf.

Simple rule: using Aroma? Copy FoxPloitU-Updater.wuhb. Using the browser? The website loads the ELF and RPX automatically. You do not need to manually copy the Web Launcher files to the SD card.

WEB METHOD — TEMPORARY MEMORY LOAD

Where does FoxPloitU-Updater.rpx go?

This section is the optional Web Launcher route. FoxPloitU-payload.elf and FoxPloitU-Updater.rpx are downloaded from this GitHub Pages host and loaded temporarily; neither file belongs in the normal SD-card tree.

02exploit.htmlStarts the temporary browser stage
03FoxPloitU-payload.elfWeb-only; loaded temporarily; never copy to SD card
04FoxPloitU-Updater.rpxOpens the FoxPloitU Updater menu

Keep these paths separate: the payload.elf shown in the SD tree is an official Aroma file, not the FoxPloitU Web payload. FoxPloitU-payload.elf and FoxPloitU-Updater.rpx belong to the optional Web Launcher and are loaded from GitHub Pages temporarily. Do not copy either web file into sd:/wiiu/. For the WUHB route, copy only FoxPloitU-Updater.wuhb to sd:/wiiu/apps/.

HOW TO GET THE OFFICIAL AROMA PAYLOAD.RPX

Get sd:/wiiu/payload.rpx in three steps

  1. Open the official Aroma website. Go to the download section at aroma.foryour.cafe.
  2. Download both required ZIP files. Select Download Payloads and Download Base Aroma.
  3. Merge both wiiu folders into the SD-card root. Extract both ZIP files, then copy their wiiu folders to sd:/ and choose Merge if asked. This places payload.rpx at sd:/wiiu/payload.rpx.

Follow the official Aroma SD Preparation guide for the complete setup and FAT32 requirements.
